atiel Emergency!!!!!!?

You probably cut a blood feather put corn starch on it to stop the bleeding i have a atiel its not harmful if its just a blood feather but you need to be careful if its more than just a feather you need to take him to the vet. Base on the systoms i would definitely go the vet.
