I got fired again from a job due to my disability?

Sorry that you got fired. I got fired from a job I had for 16 years and I am suing them to get my job back. They didn't offer me another position that I could perform in place of the one I lost. Where are you from? I am profoundly deaf, and I have a spinal injury that won't allow me to lift things over my head and I can't lift anything over 20 lbs.The spinal injury also affects my eye-hand-feet coordination, finger dexterity, and the strength in my arms. I also get some really bad pains in my neck where it was broken causing the spinal injury.
