Scam artist, saw on dateline sometime ago.?

My single brother has been writing this woman in Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria. She says she is a student @ University of Lagos. She sends him lude photos of herself and love letters. Not sure if he sent her any money yet. Anyway, she seems too good for him and there seems to been too many red flags. I'm concerned for him and his money. Saw on dateline sometime ago where unsuspecting single males in the USA look for love online and end up getting scammed. Not only were they writing these women, they were actually writing men. Where can I get this person who is writing my brother checked out? What do you suggest?
