How Do You Know If Your Husband Is Lazy Or Neglectful?

To me, neglectful means that he is not doing something that in some way brings harm to the child. Like, not paying attention when a small child is taking a bath or not watching the kids while they play outside. Lazy would be something that he should have done, but not doing it doesn't hurt anyone, like not cleaning up after the kids when they eat dinner. That isn't hurting anyone, but it means you have a mess to clean up when you get home.
