I"ve been dating this absolutely wonderful guy for about five months ,?

when I decided I needed a break about, a month ago, we took one and all was well in the world until he told me he had pancreatic cancer. He had apparently gone to the doctor a few times to make sure, and had been taking medicine for a while to ease the growth. Although his eyes have never turned yellow , he has lost a bit of weight and he is a bit moody, as if he's on medicine. However, I have never seen this medicine, and when I talked to his parents about all of this, they said that he had never gone to the doctor. This kid had pains all over him whenever he was around me, not my friends, not his parents. Just me. (i'm not a ***** or anything, so don't say i physically pained him) When confronted about the possiblity of lying, he became very angry. So I broke up with him because I couldn't take it anymore. After two weeks we have started talking again. Guys, I love him so much... it's so hard to not be with him, but I jsut want to know what's wrong. I also want to be with him.
