Found a 101st Airborne medal at airport.?

A couple of months ago, I was in the Ft. Worth airport in Texas. While I was there, I found a medal laying on the ground that said "101st Airborne" on it. On the back it says "Air ault" and then has a helicopter with wings, a parachute with wings, and in the middle something that looks like a scroll and is blank. Also, on the front it says Normandy, Bastogne, Holland, Berchtesgaden, Viet-Nam, and Iraq. Anyone know what this is or possibly what I should do with it?
