How can i get a licence for baby day care..........?

how can i get a licence for baby day care..........?...........wat r the requirments......eligibility for having that licence...............plz add details aur let me have an website related..........i listened that i just have to fill up an application take a training cl just 4 one day and the inspector will come and inspect my home....................anybody have answer of my ques plz help...........thanx in advance...!
