How to sleep on ponytail?

Hey so i was thinking about doin a track pony tail on me. Its when u make your hair into a bun then wrap tracks around it and secure with pins etc for a think luscious pony. for girls that know wat im talkin about How would i sleep on that or tie it up? Or do i have to re do it every morning?
