SO theres this guy in my clsand he does this.. im not sure if this means he likes me or what?

He likes you and likes to tease and flirt with you, but he like his girlfriend more. That is why he is with her and not you. Unless he breaks up with her, then I'd only see his interest in you as mainly playful flirting, nothing more or nothing less. In the meantime, I'd talk to other guys and not put too much stock into anything that he does.
