Can i apply for maths and physics olympiad after clearing 12 th cl?

You can give that only if you have not joined any university,IIT,NIT,etc or any other institution.But why do you want to?Try to give your best in 12th cl itself.I am not sure about the info,that'why.They say its for those who have not yet joined university.
