My dog has a soft lump on the side of her face about an inch under her right eye.?

I have a five month old English Mastiff female not spayed. She has a g sized lump on the side of her face that is soft and moves around when touched. It doesn't seem to cause her any pain or anything when I touch it, but it bugs me. We are taking her into the vet for it but just want to see what some possibilities are before we are able to get her in. Not sure if this is connected but she also has been having really watery eyes, and they goop up sometimes especially at night when she sleeps. If anyone has went through this before or may just have some options on what it could be that would be great! Thank you.
