My Hair Always Looks Messy At The End Of The Day?

So in the morning i always do my hair how i like it but by the end of the day it always is messed up with fly aways. Just to let you know we are not aloud aerosol cans in my school and i don't like to put lotion or stuff on my hair coz it makes it look greasy! HELP! x
